Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Eligible physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once your approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.

Due to the nature of digital content, digital downloads are non-refundable once the file, download link, or access has been delivered. If you have trouble accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
